Returns
If there has been a delivery issue or your parcel has exceeded its collection period, Hermes will return the parcel to us as the sender. If your treat box is being returned, contact us here with your order details and we’ll be happy to arrange for the parcel to be redelivered to you, once it arrives. This policy also applies to our Royal Mail and DPD customers.
As all of our products are natural dog treats, we cannot accept returns/exchanges unless specifically requested via our Customer Service team.
We do not refund or exchange dog treat boxes if ordered incorrectly through our website.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the wrong product is received against what was ordered, please contact us via our website and we will work with you to correct this.
