Shipping policy

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas or other promotional activities), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible.

All our doggy treat boxes are packed using only the freshest treats, so we may require at least one working day before we can despatch your order.

Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail, please note we do on occasion also use DPD - you will be notified in your shipping notification which carrier has been used for your order along with a tracking code.

We post our doggy treat boxes Monday - Friday.

All deliveries are tracked and take between 3 to 7 working days to arrive.
